Alien Species Prevention Enforcement Act of 1992

The Alien Species Prevention Enforcement Act of 1992 requires the Secretary of Agriculture to work with the Department of Interior, the Postal Service, and the State of Hawaii to operate a program to protect the State of Hawaii from the introduction of prohibited plants, plant pests and injurious animals that may be contained in the mail.
